The Firm hires for its professional accounting staff college graduates who have majored in accounting as undergraduates or on the graduate level, and whose career goal is public accounting. Organization

The Firm is organized as a New Jersey Limited Liability Company. We operate principally in the States of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Experience & Qualifications

The Firm is a member of International Association of Practising Accountants (IAPA), a global association of independent accountancy firms providing a full range of quality professional services to clients with international needs, through a network of more than 275 offices in some 45 countries. Through the firm's membership in the AICPA's Division for CPA firms Private Companies Section, we have a number of correspondent firms in major cities throughout the United States. In addition, the firm is a member of Grant Thorton's "Shared Professional Services", which gives us the resources of a national accounting firm.

We assign two principals to be involved with each of our clients. Our principals maintain a "hands on" approach with a philosophy to promptly respond to the needs of our clients.

We utilize the latest computer technology and other management techniques to give our clients the best service. Our principals and associates teach and attend continuing professional education programs. Similarly, we participate in the activities of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and local state CPA societies to further the ethical and technical standards of our profession. Our principals and associates are members of key AICPA, and New Jersey Society of CPA's (NJSCPA) committees.

We are members of the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) and The Center for Public Companies Audit Firms (CPCAF) of the American Institute of Certified, and, as such, our policies and practices are subjected to periodic peer review. See Exhibit A for our latest report.
